With a full hour of intensive one to one instruction from a professional fitness trainer and former pole dancer (as seen on C4’s The Salon), this is a perfect introduction to the latest sexy fitness craze. Using the facilities at either their Headquarters in Birmingham where there are four poles or Coventry with others coming on board, your session will cover mobilisation exercises and sexy dance moves before moving onto the pole for some swinging routines. These are one to one sessions. Whichever location you choose you will have fun and go away with the feel good factor.

Agenda

On arrival a your chosen venue you will be introduced to your instructor and have a brief discussion of what you want to achieve. The session will begin with some general warm up exercises before progressing to flirtatious dance moves. Then it’s onto the pole for a demonstration of the kind of moves you can achieve before, under expert instruction, you give it a go yourself!

Notes

On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher valid for ten months. This experience is suitable for men and women over the age of 18. You must be reasonably physically fit but the class will be tailored to suit your individual requirements. The lesson will last for one hour and you will be presented with a certificate of your achievement at the end of the lesson. The lessons are a great way of boosting your self confidence in a supportive environment. Your experience will be held either with Sarah herself or with another fully qualified instructor.
