Have you ever been to an airshow where the Red Arrows have wowed you with one of their amazing aerobatic displays? Ever wondered what it’s like to fly with them? Here is your chance to get an insight into the world of close formation aerobatic display flying with the experts themselves. You will enjoy a thirty minute flight, experiencing loops, barrel rolls, tailchasing and forces up to 5G, courtesy of a team of expert pilots almost all of whom have been part of the Red Arrows team at some point.

Your experience will comprise: welcome chat over coffee or tea; briefing on, formation techniques, flight profile, and emergency procedures; fitting of flying clothing; formal briefing; escort to aircraft and strap in; taxi out to runway; take off in formation; manoeuvring in close formation while gaining altitude; formation aerobatics including loops and barrel rolls; tailchasing and dog fighting manoeuvres; return to airfield for fighter style break to land; debrief with coffee.

Notes

On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher valid for ten months. You are then free to arrange a time for your experience. This voucher is valid for flights on Saturdays and Sundays . Participants must be age 17 or over. Minimum height is 5’, maximum height is 6’4’’. Maximum weight is 15 stone. This experience is quite strenuous and you will experience forces up to 5G. If you have any concerns about your fitness to participate then please consult your regular GP. It is not suitable for people with back, neck or inner ear problems and pregnant women. Spectators are welcome at no extra charge. Please note that the participant will not actually be able to take the controls of the aircraft. A video and still photographs of this ultimate experience will be available at a small extra cost.
